The EIYOKA Enhanced Menus promotion was held yesterday. Mr. James Chang, the founder and managing director of Geb Impact Technology, shared his experience on microalgae research as well as business strategy. We also had chefs introducing their microalgae-infused dishes in person with tasting session.
